Payment is due at the time of treatment.
If you have dental insurance coverage and Dr. Kanter is a participating provider in your plan, then you are responsible for paying your portion of the fees at the time of the dental appointment. Keep in mind that this will be an estimate and the final amount will be determined by your contract with your insurance company.
Please contact your insurance carrier to find out whether or not Dr. Kanter is a participating provider in your plan.
If you have dental insurance and Dr. Kanter is not a participating provider in your plan, you are responsible for paying the practice's fee at the time of service. Dr. Kanter will be happy to file a claim for you with your insurance company for your reimbursement.
If you do not have dental insurance, you are responsible for payment at the time of service.
Payments can be made either by check, cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, or American Express.
